Amy Walker is an actress, singer, and YouTube sensation, who has been featured on the TODAY Show, TEDx, NPR, Inside Edition, and more.
Her passion is empathy and empowerment through entertainment (Empowertainment!) ~ whether performing in film, theatre, voice over, new media; public speaking, coaching, or creating content that entertains and inspires positive change. Her online videos have garnered over 40 million views on her YouTube Channel and beyond, from the viral "21 Accents", to memorable characters, songs, and inspirational insights.
Amy was recently selected for the prestigious #WomenInComedy Program by Elizabeth Banks, WhoHaha and YouTube, to co-create the sitcom pilot Group-Ease, in which she also plays 3 characters.
Other highlights include collaborating with Jack White on her record A Discourse on Accents for Third Man Records in Nashville. Her improvised track on the record was selected by the Artistic Director Charles Anderson of Company C Contemporary Ballet in San Francisco, who choreographed a dance piece for the Company and invited Ms. Walker to perform it live with the dancers in San Francisco. The show was so well-received, they were all invited to to perform at the famed Joyce Theatre in New York City.
In 2015, Walker toured internationally with her one-woman show, Amy Walker: Inside Out, playing to standing ovations in London, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sydney, Melbourne, and more.
