New Mysteries Festival Pics

Good Times!

The Official Photography is now up for the Live Radio Theatre Shows and Angie Awards of the Discovering New Mysteries Festival in KY -taken by Ghost Images Photography.  (You’ll have to click a link to see the official photos, as they’re watermarked.  😉

Here’s a snapshot from the wings, performing with Gary Sandy during an intense scene from the award-winning “Encore For Murder”, by Max Allen Collins (Road to Perdition).

It’s a clever, scintillating, noir-esque Mike Hammer P.I. episode.  I played Mike’s old flame, Broadway legend, “Rita Vance”.

Big Love to the hard-working and wonderful cast and crew and the charming town of Owensboro, KY, which hosted the festival with true southern hospitality.  It was a special surprise to receive the Best Supporting Actress award for the role of “Rita” -deep gratitude to the audience members.

We also performed “Lost at Sea”, by Donald Drake, in which I played “Norma”, a writer struggling with internal battles as well as M.S.  Thanks to the Facebookers who helped with research by sharing personal stories.

Many thanks to the Writers, Directors (David Ossman and Judith Walcutt), Producers (Roxi Witt and RiverPark Center), and Audience members!

Pics from Recording for GeoDome!

Great fun recording the  narration for the new GeoDome exhibit! It’s an amazing immersive tour of the cosmos that will be featured at the Seattle World’s Fair 50th anniversary celebration for 6 months, and then go on tour. I’m the voice of the tour.  🙂

Just got a preview last night of the rough cut (amazing 3-D experience!), then jammed with the composer, Daniel, and director Toshi Hoo for a guest audience. The show opens on April 21st at the Seattle Center. Hope to see you there!

Here are some pics from the studio, by sound engineer Robbie Cribbs. Enjoy!
